carrying out a complete condition

assessment of the building that

includes; conducting a condition

survey, carrying out testing, analysing

observations and test results ,

determining the structural soundness

and providing a professional

assessment report for the structural

soundness of the building. Damaged

parts of the building were first

inspected visually. Detailed

investigation procedures and test

methods were determined after the

first inspection.
